A fabulous course. I can't believe the subtle and not so subtle improvement in my balance. Still using the exercises for rehabilitation of previous foot / ankle injuries and seeing steady improvement in balance and movement. So glad to have discovered this at 50, rather than trying to navigate movement in my 80's with balance issues. thank you!
I dithered over buying the SoleMate or another brand that is a lot cheaper. I was convinced by a couple of health professionals and it was the right call. I am SO impressed with the library of training videos available from the moment I bought the product. I’m not sure whether the videos are available indefinitely or for just the first 3 months. I wanted to focus on balance and strengthening the calves, but there are so many different exercises that focus on general foot and body health.
All 3 products are wonderful and very reasonably priced tools ro add to my foot strengthen kit. Also love The Foot Collective advice and help on strengthening feet for a healthier happier version of myself.

Absolutely loving using the SoleMate. The SoleMate itself feels really good quality and like it will last a long time. The packaging it came in is also great and I have kept it to use as storage when not in use.
Its super quick and easy to get started and the accompanying videos are easy to follow. I have found the training sufficiently challenging but still doable so far and am already seeing progress.
Definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve foot health, strength and balance.
I have not been able to take full advantage of this program yet but can see the benefits with the little bit I have done. Tutorials are very informative so can't wait to get properly into the program.
I love the solemate, I’m working my way through the exercises. I can move my toes more after just a couple of weeks, the exercises are great for foot strength and balance, looking forward to seeing more improvements.

Kneels brah the lot..this is the beginning of forever feeling able, fulfilled and rested. It takes a little time to get use to, pushing past the initial pain but when you know its that good pain to have no pain, well!!! WALAH !!!🤣🤣👌🏽

I’ve recently started to learn about the importance of foot training and barefoot shoes. The rewinding toe separators. Ball and exercises are easing me into this journey. Tools are high quality and the online exercises are great.
Super soft and stretchy toe spacers made of good quality materials. Really comfortable to wear and move in. Plenty of advice offered on how to use the products via QR code on the packaging.
After years of living with hard working feet, including bunions, I have finally decided to try to improve the situation and luckily for me I stumbled across The Foot Collective. I enjoy using my Wild Toes and Sole Mate too. It is way too early to say if a few weeks use is managing to reverse years of damage to my old feet and toes but certainly they are enjoying the toe spacers and exercises on the Sole Mate!
I think the kit is great - good quality and easy to use. I find myself slipping on the toe spacers earlier in the day and then find time to cast the training onto the tv and follow along.
With the training, I like that they are in bite sized pieces and also builds systematically. Also the coaching is encouraging - to work with the body, yet also stretch it a bit so it’s a bit challenging.
I definitely sense some leg soreness after some exercises so that feels good.
It's really useful to have a training programme where you are shown clearly what to do each day in a way that is engaging and involving. I haven't just been left to my own devices. I've only just started the Green Belt programme. It's my last ditch attempt to help my foot before I go down the surgery route. The programme is helping me understand my balance and see my potential. Brilliant balance tool that is beautifully made. I was already loving using the SoleMate and decided to get another so there is now one downstairs and one upstairs for maximum balancing fun and learning. Then the guys at TFC went and updated their entire library and training programme of SoleMate videos and chucked that in for free as well! Its a brilliant tool on its own, but the supporting resources are just amazing, really well delivered and so thoughtful and thought provoking. Well done TFC!!
